We are pleased to herein display, according to our previous related announcement, the list of the works which’s abstracts have been accepted to be presented during the 41st World Congress of ISMH
Please be aware the works accepted as e-poster will not
be included in the Congress’ Book of Abstracts unless, at leas
one of the authors, has been registered and has paid the Congress
fee, according to the details specified on the Congress
website. The same statement goes for the works that has been
accepted as oral presentations and as regards them, their
inclusion in the final Scientific Program of the Congress will be
possible only after registration and the due participation fee
payment has been accomplished, at least by one of the respective
authors (except for the Invited Speakers and Invited Participants
who have sent, according to our timely formulated request:
his/her: work’s title, picture/ photo and a brief actual CV.).
To be also specified – in order to award prizes for the best e-posters – it is mandatory one of the authors of the respective work to put it forward to the related evaluation Commission, within the dedicated presentation session.

ABSTRACT PREPARATION
Presenting authors must be registered participants. Only accepted abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees will be scheduled for presentation and included in the abstracts volume
Submission of an abstract acknowledges the author's acceptance for their abstract(s) to be published in all the Congress materials
Abstracts must be submitted in English
According to our Congress' commitment and to the EACCME-UEMS regulations, none of the abstracts and works (invited lectures, oral or poster presentations) are allowed to contain but International Common Denomination for medicine or devices, without Brand / Commercial names, otherwise these work(s) would be rejected.

- Authors’ names must be in upper and lower case
(J.C. Smith).
- Affiliation details: department,
institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country
Abstract title - limited to 30 words in UPPER CASE
Abstract text – limited to 300 words, including acknowledgements (if the case).
Abstracts should mandatory
encompass:
- Introduction
- Materials
and Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
There must be used only standard abbreviations. Special or unusual abbreviations must be placed within parentheses after the full term appears for the first time
Generic names of drugs must be used only
Abstracts must correspond and frame within one of the thematic areas specified on the Congress website
One image and/or table can be included per abstract, without exceeding the total indicated words amount and overall framing within an A4 page format.
Abstracts must be SUBMITTED before the deadline in
order to be sent to review for inclusion in the Scientific
Program.
The Scientific Committee can decide the form of presentation for the works which's abstracts have been accepted.
